HRA Kit is built to help you calculate your tax exemptions and generate rent receipts. We offer these tools completely for free, for your personal use. You are welcome to use them as much as you need for your own financial planning and HR submissions. However, please don't try to resell our tools, scrape our website, or repackage our calculators into a commercial product.

2. Accuracy of Information

We work hard to make sure our calculators and guides reflect the current tax laws in India. That said, tax rules can be incredibly complicated and they do change. The results generated by HRA Kit are estimates based strictly on the numbers you input. We do our absolute best to be accurate, but we cannot guarantee that our calculations will be 100% flawless for every unique financial scenario.

We are developers building helpful software tools, not your personal accountants. Nothing on this website constitutes official financial, legal, or tax advice. We provide HRA Kit "as is," without any warranties. While we aim to keep the site running smoothly and bug-free 24/7, there might be times when the site goes down for maintenance or encounters a glitch. We aren't legally liable for any issues, delays in your HR submissions, or financial losses that might somehow occur from using or being unable to use our tools.

We might update these terms occasionally as we grow. If you continue to use HRA Kit after we post changes, that means you're cool with the new terms.
